INGREDIENTS

• 5.5 fl oz (2/3 cup) Chef's Choice Coconut Milk

•  1 cup Water

•  3 tbsp Chef’s Choice Tom Kha Paste

•  Protein of Choice

•  Assorted mushrooms
•  Sliced lemongrass
•  3 kaffir lime leaves, torn 
•  Dried chilies, fried
•  Thinly sliced galangal

INSTRUCTIONS

     In a saucepan, gently heat Chef’s Choice Coconut Milk over medium heat.

​

     Stir in Chef’s Choice Tom Kha paste, then add lemongrass, lime leaves and galangal. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until aromatic.

 

     Add your preferred protein of choice and a medley of mushrooms. Once gently simmering, add water and continue cooking until both are tender.

​

     Serve hot and finish with a garnish of dried chilies.
